Voucher 3 Month Expiration

I Love INE, their training is fantastic. My only issue is the expiration limit of 3 month for their vouchers. Those vouchers cost money and I cant understand while most vendors do a Year of grace, INE is very limited, and when you need an extension, they fight you to death. Why INE has a 3 month expiration limit for their vouchers??? Why do we have to fight to death with customer services if we need extensions??? Am i the only one with the issue or others share the same feeling??? Can INE do better on appraoching the situation???
