i took my eCPPT and failed, i didnt realise after failing - the expiry of my voucher went from 180s from date of purchase, to retake in 14 days! - im 7 days out of that date now, i sat down today to retake my exam and realised it would cost me $399 to purchase a voucher…
does anyone else have experience of this? would there be a chance of them having some wiggle room with this? or am i now stuck and waiting for the certificate to go on offer.
Im disapointed because honestly its took me 3 weeks to mentally recover from the first attempt, 24 hour exam and i took the entire 24 hours and was mentally and physically exhausted after it, and then arranging childcare to retake and go over notes etc, this was my only day free! i expect they wont help though…
