I bought the eJPTV2 exam + course. I have been trying to do the “Scan the Server 1” lab from the Assessment Methodologies: Footprinting & Scanning chapter. But the labs do not work saying that “Gucamole server is unreachable”. I have been trying to get the lab started for a week now, but it fails to load the server. I have emailed support and as well as reported this issue by clicking on the issue tab found within the lab section. But I have no response from any of the staff??? what should I do now ??? please help.
