Is it possible to change the name of my user name on https://my.ine.com/?

I recently took my eJPTv2 certificate and I realized that my full name is not there and that may be because in my account is like this, what I want to know is how I can change my user name so that in future certificates my full name will appear.

Same problem with me but i havnt gave the exam yet. Is there any way to change name??/

I suggest you contact INE support people. They can help you change your name.

Hey @israel.artr-b0abddfb I have also same problem. Did you change your name? If yes then please help me how can i change my name also.
