Hello. I recently passed the eJPT exam. But, after passing the exam, I noticed my name in my ine account was not my legal name. I want to change my name to my legal name in both my account and the certificate I got.
Also, the mail that I used in this account is wrong and I want to change it.
So, I emailed ine support. It’s been almost 3 days and there is no reply from them. I am stressing out and would appreciate a quick reply.
