I have sent 5 emails over 3 weeks to support/sales and every email I can find for INE but nobody is responding, is anyone else struggling to get onto any staff? is INE dead? I just paid a premium subscription… seems like terrible support.
Hello Zac, support team has told me they tried several times to reach out to you without luck, last time without any third party app, and they received back an error from your provider.
