I am experiencing difficulties accessing the exam on the members.eLearnSecurity.com portal.

Upon logging into members.eLearnSecurity.com and attempting to initiate the eWPTX exam, I noticed that it does not appear in my account. I have followed the recommended steps and checked my dashboard multiple times, but unfortunately, the exam is not accessible.
can any one help me !!??
