Fundamentals Annual membership - Juniper section restriction

I have just purchased an INE Fundamentals Annual membership just now but am not able to access Juniper Traning and Labs which should be covered as advertised on the sales page.

How can I get access to the Juniper section as that was the main reason to purchase this membership?
