Exam VPN File Not Available

Hello,

I am unable the connect to the lab, as I am not provided with the VPN file, but the exam got started, also I could download the letter of engagement. I had the Lab VPN creds changed before starting the exam, I have also drafted a mail for the support team at support@ine.com, did other also face such issue.

INE Team - Please help resolve the issue, as the exam time has started but I do not have the VPN file to connect to the env to start exam.

No update as of now, as the support team operates in US/Pacific timezone, I have to wait for their response.
Hopefully they reset the exam and I can start from the beginning with full allowed time provided
