# What is going on with this lab maintenance?

Came back this morning after trying yesterday several times, the eWPT exam preperation course is offline due maintenance. I can understand that maintenance is needed sometimes. But a few things I would like to suggest to INE about this:

- Please announce the maintenance
- Work with timelines, so the trainees can continue with learning/practicing
- Maintenance each lab on its’ own so a trainee can work on another lab

It is very frustrating this is not working well as @mbekgi4-acde84e011b8 mentioned, it does not feel professionally. I did get the same feeling when they changed everything from VPN labs to web based labs without asking the community: _" How they feel about that suggestion"._

But I’m ‘crying in the wilderness’, cause INE does not react or read the posts in this forum I guess. There are still posts unanswered.
