# no me conecta la vpn del examen

I am trying to take the exam and I am unable to connect to the vpn.

My passwords are giving error.

I have reset it and reached today’s limit but there is no way to get it back.

What is the solution?

please contact [support@ine.com](mailto:support@ine.com), try to add as much information as you can, for example what exam you are doing, what is the platform you are using, etc.
