# My eCPPTv2 exam lab VPN is stuck

I always get this error when I try to start the lab  
“Only one virtual lab can be running at a time. Before starting a new one, please shut down the following lab: eCPPTv2 Exam Scenario of eCPPTv2.”

Try resetting the exam lab and download the new openvpn file. I’d recommend emailing [support@ine.com](mailto:support@ine.com) about any issues regarding an eLS exam.
