# eCIR exam lab "The virtual lab cannot be started at this time. Please try again in a few minutes." after 2 hours

I started the exam 2 hours ago and still cannot start the lab. I keep getting the same error message “The virtual lab cannot be started at this time. Please try again in a few minutes.”  
Unnacceptable
