# Can't locate my exam after purchasing voucher on black friday 21st Nov 2023

I bought the exam voucher for eTHP and received the invoice and other necessary info, but when I browse to [INE](https://my.ine.com/dashboard/certifications) and click on ‘Go To Exam’, I’m unable to locate the exam I purchased.

What’s going on?

For eCTHPv2 exam you need to still login into [https://members.elearnsecurity.com/](https://members.elearnsecurity.com/)  
This is how I did after the purchase.
